The Pilates Method
The Pilates Method was developed by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) to provide balance and vitality to the body through mindful exercise and neuromuscular re-education. Pilates offers strength and mobility training to improve posture, coordination and biomechanics. Pilates synchronizes movement, breath and spring resistance to create a unique experience that will leave you feeling invigorated and elongated.
