Policies and Procedures


All high-touch areas and surfaces (such as equipment, doorknobs, handles, rails, light switches) will be disinfected after every session, following CDC guidelines. In order to maximize air flow, the doors will be open; fan and a large Hepa filter will run at all times. You may need to wear layers.

Clients and Instructors must wear masks while in the studio. We will be practicing social distancing.

Instructors will use verbal cues only and no hands-on cueing. Masks and gloves are available.

Safety Protocols

Upon arrival, you will be asked COVID screening questions and have your temperature taken.

Clients and instructors must use hand sanitizer before entering the studio.

Please wear a clean pair of socks during your session and bring your own water bottle.

Restrooms are available, but be aware that they are shared by the other tenants in the building complex. They are cleaned daily.

Session Time

Sessions are limited to 50 minutes in order to allow time  to clean equipment and
reduce contact between clients.

Please do not arrive more than 5 min before your session (unless instructed to do so to fill out paperwork).

Health Courtesies

Please do not attend if  two weeks prior to your session, you have exhibited any symptoms of COVID-19,  or if you have been in close contact with anyone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19, or if you have traveled outside the local Bay Area.

If you have a fever of 99.8 or above, a sore throat, cough, any other symptoms of being ill, or suspect of being exposed to sick people. There will be no penalty for late cancellations due to COVID.
